I really appreciate the customer service that was provided on my order. I was visiting in the UK and wanted to purchase a long-sleeve round neck shirt to take back to Canada as I could save on the shipping. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful in getting the package sent to my holiday accommodation in a timely manner. I wish I could get your products more easily in Canada. Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I donât need tissue paper but it makes me feel like Iâve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. With a small product range a business needs to meet these high standards and in my brief experience the white T-shirt company exceeds them.
