I love the quality of your t-shirts – they feel lovely to wear, last really well and have the satisfaction that the product is also sustainably produced. To cap it all off, the wrapping is always a work of art itself = and contrasts with a lot of more expensive purchases which arrive in plastic bags. I couldn’t be happier.

Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works.
